A program evaluation plan provides a framework with which to organize and guide evaluation of instructional program effectiveness. Three goals drive this assignment:

  1. Creation of a program evaluation plan using a variety of evaluation approaches
  2. Integration of a logic model in the plan that helps facilitate the evaluation
  3. Use of appropriate data collection tools and processes to collect useful data (for the purposes of this assignment, data are not collected, but rather proposed)

For this submission, compile the results of the previous assignments into a single document, based on the outline
